Please allow 2-3 weeks after placing your order, due to the availability of some items, there may be slight variations in appearance, I will contact you if needed.

Wholesale accounts are only available to qualified retailers; you must provide a copy of

your business license or resale certificate number before we can fulfill any orders.

Our entire inventory consists of one-of-a-kind or limited edition creations;

Some items are sold in assortments of 5.  Minimum order $100.00.

Wholesale prices are 20% less of the online price.  Discounts on orders over $200.00.

Payment

We accept credit cards through our online shopping cart and accept money orders

via US mail. We use Paypal for our shopping site, but you do not have to

be a member of Paypal.com to purchase from us online.

Note that returned checks incur a $25.00 fee.

Shipping

You will be charged for shipping costs with each order or partial order.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

We can also ship Overnight Delivery "only" if you request it.

The purchaser is always responsible for shipping costs, which are included

in our shopping cart.

If you are an international customer,

the shipping prices on our shopping cart will not be correct.

For international customers, we will send you the price for shipping, usually

with 2 options.  You will be charged the actual cost of shipping.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your order.

If you are not pleased with any item you receive, you can:

Return the item(s) in original condition with the original receipt/packing slip

within 14 days for a full refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable and you must pay for return insured shipping.

Please email us before returning an item to let us know you are making a

return to make sure it gets processed ASAP.

Repairs

Leeann guarantees her creations against defects for one year.

Excluded is damage from obvious abuse or

mishandling (such as getting run over by a truck). If you need a repair,

return the item with a note of where to send the repaired item -- just be sure

to email us first so that we know to expect it!

Please include $3.95 for return shipping costs.
